Cut - Button Makes Email Body Templates Unusable In F9 Functionality In IE10 (Doc ID 1960992.1)

After you cut a specific text from the email content, selecting email template does not update the email text with new content.

Selecting the email template should populate the email text.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Please do following test steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Open the email HTML client with F9, e.g. in Activities List
2. Fill the "To" field
3. Fill the "Topic" field
4. Select an email body template
5. Highlight the text in the email body with Ctrl+A or with the mouse
6. Use the "Cut"-button (= the button with the scissor symbol) to delete the text.
7. When the text is deleted, select a email body template. --> ERROR: The text is not inserted in the email.

The text of the selected email body templates is not inserted in the email anymore, even if you type in some text manually.
When you send the email, you will that there is no content from the email body template is contained in the email.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use email templates efficiently.
