Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
After upgrade to IP2014 PS1 getting error message while navigate to dispatch board.

ERROR
------
SBL-UIF-00276: Cannot open file: D:\Siebel\8.1.1.11.0\ses\siebsrvr\webtempl\CCButtonsCRUD.swt.

ENVIRONMENT

Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)
Testing

STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Log into the application
2. Navigate to dispatch board
Error thrown.
