Error While Changing Password In Active Directory Through EService Application (Doc ID 1961654.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11.9 [IP2013] version, Security / Authentication

When attempting to change password
the following error occurs.

FormatMessage() returns 8f and message text 'Configuration information could not be read from the domain controller, either because the machine is unavailable, or access has been denied.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure authentication Active Directory
2. Login & try to change the password
3. The error appears

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change the password
