Email Message Disappears When Template Is Selected (Doc ID 1961953.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11 SIA [23030] version, Comms Server & Email Response

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user select the template from communications tab and making changes to the email body and when click on attachment link icon on outgoing attachment applet, the content entered in the email body is not getting saved and hence loosing the content when adding the attachment

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 the content entered in the email body should be getting saved even after adding the attachment

STEPS
-----------------------
1) In Communication applet click reply
2) Select an email template
3) Add/update/modify the email body
4) Add an attachment
The changes made to the template are lost and original email template remains.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send outbound emails with attachment. the email data is being lost, when they add attachments.
