There is a requirement where the Auto asset workflow (SIS OM Apply Completed Service Order Line Item to Service Profile) is used to create an asset from Order Line Item.
Now the assets are getting created for all the products except for the ones where 'Serialized flag' is true.
When reviewing definitions, as observed in tools for 'Asset Mgmt - Asset' BC, if serial number is null for such a product it should be taken care by the vanilla BC user property:
'On Field Update Set 2' ("Product Serialized Flag", "Serial Number", "IIf([Serial Number] IS NULL AND [Product Serialized Flag] = 'Y', [Asset Number], [Serial Number])")
This doesn't seem to happen on current scenario, why it is not predefaulting the asset's serial number to Asset number?
