Sending Emails Not Working After Change Of SMTP Server Driver Profile values (Doc ID 1963590.1)

Symptoms

On :  8.1.1.8 [23012] version, Comms Server & Email Response

Recently changed SMTP server, so we updated the configuration at the Communication Driver "Internet SMTP/POP3 Server" and tested but no email is sent.

ERROR

We can see at the logs the following error:

'SMTP MAIL error: 530 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated'


STEPS
-----------------------
Navigate to Site Map:
>Administration - Communications> Communications Drivers and Profiles
>Select the Internet SMTP/POP3 Server communications driver
>Click the Driver Parameters tab

Users cannot send Outbound mail
