Returning From Siebel Action Links Is Not Pointing To The Correct OBIEE Dashboard Report? Browser Back Arrow between Siebel and OBIEE does not return to most recent OBIEE Web Page? (Doc ID 1964932.1)

Symptoms

We use OBIEE 11g with Action Links to Siebel 8.1.

When we click on Action links in OBIEE 11g report, it is navigating to the Siebel application with the right application view for the value selected so that the user sees the corresponding data in Siebel.
From the Siebel application, when we want to go back to the actual report in OBIEE,  we don't go back to the last OBIEE web page?
When we click on the Browser Back Arrow from Siebel, it should navigate to the report in OBIEE 11g from where it was called, but instead the browser navigates back to the first page of the dashboard by default?

We currently have Siebel 8.1.1.9 but we are planning to upgrade to 8.1.1.11 soon, does 8.1.1.11 have the same incorrect OBIEE - Siebel Browser Back Arrow behavior?

The following is a test case to illustrate this behavior with OBIEE and Siebel integration.

The Action link setting on "Complaint"."Complaint #" presentation field: 
"Detailed Report for Complaint Files" analysis is exposed in 3rd tab of 
"Complaints Dashboard" 

Navigation steps: 
Step 1: Navigation to "Complaints Detail Report" tab in integrated 
environment 

Step 2: Navigation to Siebel enabled on "Complaint #" column will take us to 
the respective Siebel screen. 

Step 3: Click of browser back button takes us to first tab i.e., "Complaints 
Dashboard" instead of "Complaint Detail Report" tab. 

What should have happened?

Click of browser back button should take us to tab "Complaint Detail Report" 
from which navigation to Siebel occurred via action link. 

What actually did happen? 
------------------------- 
Click of browser back button takes us to first tab i.e., "Complaints 
Dashboard" instead of "Complaint Detail Report" tab. 

What are the symptoms of the problem?
