Promotion Price Adjustment not Reflected to Configurator
We have an issue on our production environment, we have changed the price of one of the components under specific promotion using "Price Override" adjustment type, and we did clear cache for promotion, price list, products but still the change is not reflected on the configurator, while if we use the local web client the price reflected successfully.
Price override change should get reflected in thin client after doing clear cache.
The used scenario is the following,
1- We have Customized Product called "XXXXXXXX Mobile GSM Line"
2- Under the customized products we have many components like "Missed Call Notification service"
3- The price of the "Missed Call Notification service" in the price list is zero.
4- We have a bundle promotion called "Students Offer" which contains the customized product "XXXXXXXX Mobile GSM Line"
5- In the prices under the promotion we drill down on the "XXXXXXXX Mobile GSM Line" and selected "Missed Call Notification service" and we added new record in the adjustment with adjustment type "Price Override" and price 1.01
6- We called all the Clear Cache & Refresh Cache buttons & menu items.
7- When we make Modify Order from the Thin Client and select the "Missed Call Notification service" from the configurator, the price appeared 0, while when we did this from the dedicated web client the price appeared 1.01 which is the correct price.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see updated price for the product.
