Cancelling An Accrual Txn Are Not Taking Back Available Points In Member's Accrual Item (Doc ID 1965116.1)

On : 8.1.1.10 [23021] version, Loyalty

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cancelling an accrual Txn are not taking back available points in member's accrual item

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected behavior Member available points to 0 and redeem both available accrual item against redemption cancellation which makes 0 available award points in accrual item

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Query for a new member has 0 available points.
2) Create an accrual Transaction with 100 points
Member Available award points & Available award points in accrual item is 100
3) Create a redemption Transaction for 10 Points.
Member Available award points = 90 & Available award points in accrual item = 90
4) Cancel the Redemption Transaction which created a Cancellation accrual item with 10 points
Member Available award points = 100 & Available award points in accrual item is 100 which has 90 points from first accrual transaction and 10 points from Cancellation accrual.
5) Cancel the first accrual Transaction.
