On : 8.2.2.4 SIA [23030] version, Security / Authentication

./encryptstring: error while loading shared libraries: libxerces-c.so.28: cannot open shared object

1. We forgot the Anonymous user password, and hence trying to reset the password
2. And replace it in eapps.cfg

While trying to reset the password:

[siebel@siebel bin]$ pwd
<SIEBEL_ROOT>/sweapp/bin
UNIX_PROMPT/bin]$ ./encryptstring LDAPUSER
./encryptstring: error while loading shared libraries: libxerces-c.so.28: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


We get the error, both in Siebel_root\bin or Sweapp\bin directory...

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1> Login to unix system via telnet or ssh using siebel unix user account
2> UNIX_PROMPT$ pwd
/u01/siebel/sweapp/bin
3> UNIX_PROMPT$ ./encryptstring LDAPUSER
./encryptstring: error while loading shared libraries: libxerces-c.so.28: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
