Bulk Request Does Not Disconnect Promotion When Product Component Is Disconnected. (Doc ID 1966445.1)

Symptoms

When a product component of the Promotion is disconnected from UI, the new Order includes the promotions line items. This ensures that if there is any commitment for the promotion, the penalty product is also added to the new Order.

However the same functionality would not work from Bulk Request.

On selecting the product component asset and performing a disconnect from Bulk Request, the new order does not include the promotion line items.

This allows for any commitment violation to go unnoticed.
