ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When loading the Top Levels of the HIerarchy as Service Region on Dispatch Board, only the first 150 Employees display, even though there are more than 150 Employees in the Service Region.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When loading the Top Levels of the HIerarchy as Service Region on Dispatch Board, more than 150 employees are displayed.
150 appears to be a known limit since it is documented in the Siebel Bookshelf the following:

Defining Schedules and Availability for Employees
It is recommended that you assign no more than 150 employees to each service region, especially if you use optimization.
