Unable To Invoke UCM Batch Process Through Scripting (Doc ID 1966873.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11 [23030] version, Universal Customer Master

There is a requirement to call UCM Batch Process workflow through scripting for an specific Source History record.

However, when trying to invoke UCM Batch Process through Synchronous Server request business service and Workflow process manager business service the following error is received.

ERROR

SBL-IAI-00518: UCM Batch Manager: failed to find required parameter Search Spec
SBL-BPR-00162: Error invoking service 'UCM Batch Manager', method 'GetParams' at step 'Get Parameters'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Business Service Simulator, create a call to 'Workflow Process Manager' BS / RunProcess method.
2. Add following input properties to this call:
UCMSearchSpec="[Contact.UCM Type Code]='Batch'"
UCMBatchObjectType="Contact"
ProcessName="UCM Batch Process"
ObjectType="Contact"
3. Run the BS. The call generates error message above.
