Coredump created when AddPromGroupComponent is invoked multiple times

Application should not crash.

Core dumps are getting created from the following:

View = ISS Promotion Group Details View - Order

1. The above view has Applet = ISS Promotion Group Definition List Applet, where the user can add additional Promotion Group Components to the Order.
2. The Method = AddPromGroupComponent, launches Pop-up Applet = ISS Promotion Group Add Product Popup Applet
3. In the Popup Applet, the user can enter a Quantity, and Click 'OK', which will add the selected Promotion Group Item to the Order, by creating a new Line Item

When performing this action for the 3rd time, the application crashes, and a Coredump is created.

Affects all users logged into the application as when the crash occurs it will log out all logged in users.
