Symptoms

In Siebel version 8.1.1.11.12 [IP2013].
When editing HTML email body, and selecting the color picker in CKEditor in IE10 or IE11 it opens in the left side of the screen instead of in the mouse location.
THis behavior is not found in Firefox or Chrome.
