Database Server Configuration Utility accepts the incorrect user name. (Doc ID 1968547.1)

Symptoms

As part of IRM for IP2014, Database Server Configuration Utility requests 'Database User Name'. While it has to be 'SADMIN' or equivalent existing Siebel user login name, Table owner name 'SIA81' is accidentally entered. The utility accepts the incorrect user name and generates the ucf file with that information. As a result, the upgrade wizard fails later. Here is an error in the upgwiz.log file when Siebel 8.1.1.9 is upgraded to 8.1.1.14.
