On account details view ,there is a check box for signature flag which can be set for any type of accounts, on setting or unsetting this check box a request goes to downstream.
There is a workflow that triggers the request to the downstream and also calls a subprocess which has a step to query on contact with the CSN. This step is taking lot of time and the application gets hanged.
This seems to be similar to CIAI but when checked the configuration of the field CSN on Account BC and the column OU_NUM , S_ORG_EXT table default insensitivity is none.
For CIAI enabled column, the query looks like
(NLS_UPPER(T16.PART_NUM,'NLS_SORT=GENERIC_BASELETTER') LIKE NLS_UPPER(:8,'NLS_SORT=GENERIC_BASELETTER'))
But in this case, the query is
(UPPER(T28.OU_NUM) LIKE UPPER(:2))
