After Going To 8.1.1.14 receiving blank page when trying to launch HI (Doc ID 1969041.1)

Goal

Going from 8.1.1.11 to 8.1.1.14 , finished the upgrep+upgphys on Production mode , started the Services.

Used Migration option during installation and the Servers were NOT reconfigured.
After the upgrade, some components were set automatically to Open UI.  When trying to launch HI client, it shows blank page. Open UI works fine.
