Forwarding Siebel Email throws error : Unable to load message 0xffff(SBL-GEN-00000) (Doc ID 1969227.1)

Symptoms [21229]

Issue :

Customer have implemented multiple siebel file system solution to achieve the archiving of old attachments.
It was implemented by changing Dsfilesystem parameter of serverdatasrc from *FSM* to *FSM*,/FS1/att,/FS2/att,/FS3/att.

Archiving scripts are placed to move attachments older than 3 months from primary FS (FS1) to one of the archive directory(FS2 OR FS3).

With this configuratiin end user of Siebel AOM are able to access historic attachments without any issues.

 he issue is coming up with the Forwarding Operation of email from thin client.

Whenever user tries to forward an email whose attachments are moved to the archived directories an error is thrown

The emails are forwarded by the normal process using "Forward" button option under "Communications" screen select any inbound or outbound email having attachments which was received/sent ( associated activity created) 3 months before.

Error :

 "Unable to load message " (SBL-GEN-0000)

On checking the corresponding task log of FSMSrvr component it is reporting folowwing error.
