Drag And Drop Of Attachment Not Working In Auto Dealer Attachment View After IP2014

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Siebel Application. 
2. Navigate to Site Map >Auto Dealer > Attachments > drag and drop a file in the attachment applet.

When the user drags and drops any attachment file on Auto Dealer Attachment View the content of the attachment is displayed in the browser and it is not attached.
This functionality works for Service Request Attachment View.

File should be attached, instead of the file content being displayed in the browser.
