Siebel Mobile - on version: 18.104.22.168.2 [IP2014]
In a Multi-lingual Mobile IP2014 deployment (22.214.171.124 Patch Set 2), MobileDBXtract_kor is not submitting jobs. There are 4 shipped Languages (ENU,KOR,CHS ,CHT) and 2 unshipped languages (IND and VIT).
When the user logs in for the first time in the KOR language ePharma Mobile application the data extract is not getting scheduled and so the users are not able to go Offline.
For ENU in this environment that is working fine and the issue can only be seen for all other languages except ENU.
During investigations, it was observed that after user logs into Connected mode, the MobileDBExtract job for KOR and non-ENU languages is not starting and because of that the user data is not getting extracted.
The error messages in non-ENU component log - ePharmaMObjMgr_kor were:
ObjMgrBusCompLog Error 1 000033eb54cb2118:0 2015-02-04 10:20:36 (sqlobj.cpp (43721)) SBL-DAT-00510: 'S_LST_OF_VAL' ???? ?? 'KOR' ??? 'Scheduled:Login' ? ? 'BATCHSYNC_EXTRACT_STATUS' ??? ?? ?? ?? ??? ????.

- SBL-MBL-03165 = "Fail to update the BatchSync transaction processing status for User '%s' with SyncNodeId '%s' to '%s'."
MobileDBExtract should be started for KOR language also for Mobile Application to go Offline in KOR Langauage application.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot go Offline for KOR and other Languages except ENU.
