Tile Mode Is Not Working In 8.1.1.14 Open UI Mobile Application (Doc ID 1970219.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.14 [IP2014] version, Configuration - General

When attempting to ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'normalize' of null


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) When checked in client , the pr file "TileLayoutMobilePR.js" was inactivated in under Administration Application>Manifest Files. So through back end activated the file by setting the "is inactive" field to " N" .
2) The pr file "TileLayoutMobilePR.js" was not present in the path "23044\SCRIPTS\siebel" . Took the file from IP 2013 and placed it in the path "23044\SCRIPTS\siebel"
3) Below third party files were missing in the 3rd party folder and manifest files. Took it from IP 2013 and placed it in 3rd part folder and added it in manifest files,
"3rdParty/jqmobile/mobiscroll.custom-2.5.0.min",
"3rdParty/jqmobile/jquery.swipeButton.min",
"3rdParty/jqmobile/jquery.easing.1.3",
"3rdParty/jqmobile/jquery.mobile.scrollview",
"3rdParty/jquery.mobile.scrollview-ext",
"siebel/jqmsearchctrl"
"siebel/jqmformrenderer"
"siebel/jqmscrollcontainer"
4) Changed the webtemplate to Applet Tile Mode for list applet "SHCE Sales Contact List Applet ReadOnly - Mobile" .
5) Compiled all changes, clear cached the browser.
6) List applet is not coming properly on UI
