CTI parameter "RestoreScreenOnWorkResumed" doesn't work as expected with GPlus Adapter 8.x
There is a CTI parameter "RestoreScreenOnWorkResumed" for CTI configuration. Siebel CTI Administration Guide says it specifies whether or not the screen state is restored when
a suspended work item of any channel is resumed. We set value to True, but the screen is not restored when call is resumed.
