IP14 has some bugs introduced in creating new functions.
With IP13 and back you could enter "function abc(xyz)" and by pressing "return" a new function was created. This worked also with typing this in any existing function or in the (declarations).
Now this works not any more in any existing function. But this is not the worst: as long you have nothing in (declarations) you see no difference. The function will be created.
However, if you have something already in declarations (module variable or an include-file), it's content will be moved to the new function and declaration will be emptied.
