Empty OWNER_ACCOUNT_ID After Ungroup Operation On Order Item

When ungrouping an order line, the OWNER_ACCOUNT_ID is not set on the ungrouped lines. This can be shown as follows:
Create customizable product:
> Child (default = 1)
Set the Auto Explode flag on Root Product.
Create order for account.
Add order line of Root Product with Qty=3.
Take ungroup option from menu.
Check database for the 6 line items.
The first two will have OWNER_ACCOUNT_ID set, the last four (created by the ungroup) will have it set to NULL.
