"Show Available", "Show Selected", "Add","Remove" and "Remove All" Buttons are Missing in MVG Applet in Self-Service Application (Doc ID 1980641.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A MVG applet on the service request applet is showing up in Self Service Open UI without "Show Available", "Show Selected", "Add","Remove" and "Remove All" buttons like in other Open UI applications. 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The MVG applet should appear the same as in other Open UI application.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Siebel Self Service application.
2. Go to My Service Requests.
3. Click on "New Service Incident".
4. In the applet, go to "CC Contact" and click on the glyph icon.
5. The Mvg applet is shown but there are no "Show Available", "Show Selected", "Add","Remove" and "Remove All" buttons.
