ISSUE STATEMENT
================

Accounts Sort Issue

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
===================

Sorting Order A-Z followed by a-z should be applied.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
=================

Sorting Order UPPER A's to Upper/Lower A's, UPPER B's to Upper/Lower B's,
UPPER C's to Upper/Lower C's, etc...all the way to UPPER Z's to Upper/Lower
Z's, and back to UPPER A's to Upper/Lower A's, UPPER B's to Upper/Lower B's,
UPPER C's to Upper/Lower C's, etc...UPPER Z's to Upper/Lower Z's, and back to
UPPER A's to Upper/Lower A's, UPPER B's to Upper/Lower B's...many times over

Siebel CRM - 8.1.1.9 [23016]

Microsoft Windows (32-bit)


STEPS
======

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Go to All Accounts.
2. Query Sales Team using Exists (SADMIN).
3. Recurring cycle of sort, that's taking place from A-Z.
A/a, B/b,....Z/z followed by A/a, B/b,...Z/z

IMPACT
=======

Due to this issue, users are unable to sort accounts.
