FORECAST 'SUBMIT' CHANGES NOT SAVED WHEN CLOSING THE SESSION WITH "X" IN OPEN UI (Doc ID 1981604.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11.14 [IP2013] version, Client Functionality Open UI

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

If the User 1 closes the application without saving the record after submitting the Forecast the status is shown as Active during the next login even though it is submitted.

But if User 1 saves the record after submitting the Forecast, then the status is shown as Submitted for Manager as well as for User 1 upon relogin.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that actual "Submitted" status is displayed to Manager as soon as it is submitted by subordinate.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Position Hierarchy:

Siebel Administrator
ABC Position > Parent: Siebel Administrator

2) As "Siebel Administrator", created Period of 2015 and Opportunities

3) Created a Forecast Series:

> Visibility: My Revenues
> Participants:
Siebel Administrator
ABC Position
> Submit To: <empty>

4) As "Siebel Administrator", created a Forecast

> Forecast Header Status = Active
> Subordinate Forecast created

5) Logged as "ABC Position"

6) Go to My Forecasts and locate the Forecast just created by "Siebel Administrator"

7) Drilldown and click in "Submit" button

8) Status changes to "Submitted" and record becomes read-only

9) Close the session using "X" and logon as "Siebel Administrator"

10) Go to My Direct´s Team Forecasts > Subordinate Forecsat Status is "ACTIVE"
