We have outlook mail server with IMAP protocol.
I've configured the Communication drive and profile as per the bookshelf. I've restarted the siebel server. But I could not find the SMTP / IMAP entry in the 'Communication Inbound Receiver' log file.
Here I'm attaching the spread sheet for the parameters that I'e modified.
Pls' let me know whether I'm missing anything. This is very urgent.
On : 184.108.40.206  version, Comms Server & Email Response
when using IMAP over SSL customer was getting this error:
Could not connect to email server. JMail client in invalid state!

java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out[Ljava.lang.StackTraceElement;@19bd03e
