OpenUI: Incorrect Behavior With PDQ Filter

On 188.8.131.52.1 [IP2014] version, PDQ list still remains active even after querying for something else or drilling down on a record
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open "My Accounts" list.
2. Select a PDQ.
3. Change to the "All Accounts" list. - The PDQ from step 2 is still active.
4. Use the query fields at the top of the list applet to perform another
query, e.g. "New" = N. ( I clicked Enter )
5. The query result is presented. The PDQ from step 2 is not active anymore.
6. Drilldown in account. The PDQ from step 2 seems to be active again, which is not correct. ***
