ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Timepicker icon not visible in Siebel HI and Open UI

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Timepicker icon should be visible in Siebel HI and Open UI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OpenUI application
2. Navigate to Activities->Time applet or use Administration – Service > Schedule > Schedule Hours 
3. Check the start and end time field
4. Datetime picker control is missing

Note:- The same applet when used in SI display the control properly.
