Symptoms

SIEBEL VERSION:
Siebel version : 8.2.2.4
Database version : Oracle 11.2.0.2
OS version : Linux x87-64

ISSUE STATEMENT:
Customer has a custom business service which is doing an “Upsert” operation on the EAI Siebel Adapter.

In some cases, the user key defined under the Integration Object (IO) appears not be considered, and instead of updating an existing record, a duplicate is inserted.
