In OUI Double click activities in dispatch board throws error.

ERROR

Unable to load message 0xffff(SBL-GEN-00000)

ENVIRONMENT

Siebel Financial Services - 8.1.1.11 OUI
Microsoft Windows (32-bit)
Testing

STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Log into the application
2. Navigate to Dispatch board
3. Double click an activity.
Error thrown.
