Record Deleted Without Warning When CTRL+ALT+K Then CTRL+D Pressed

Symptoms
On : 8.1.1.10 [23021] version, Client Functionality, users are able to delete the record without warning
User can delete a record (standard method) without confirmation on Open UI / IE 11.
User expects a confirmation (warning) that the record will be deleted: Are you sure you want to delete the selected record "Accounts"?
STEPS
1. Go to Account screen > All Accounts.
2. Create a new Account and save the record.
3. Select the new Account and type [CTRL+ALT+K] to launch About Record (leave the About Record pop-up open).
4. Type [CTRL+D] to delete the record (Note: do this while the About Record is launched).
Result: There is no warning and the record is gone (deleted).
NOTE: On Chrome, the issue is not reproduced since CTRL+ALT+K is disabled.
