 In Siebel Version

The fields in the Persistent Customer Dashboard don't get populated.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Login siebel ecommunication_enu
2. Go to Customer Directory Screen
3. Drill down on any account
4. Go to View tab - Update Customer Dashboard(Ctrl+Shift+P)
5. Click the Update button in the Dashboard.
6. Nothing happens
