Missing Response and Lead Formulas in System Data List for List Formats (Doc ID 1983762.1)

A "BI Data Load" list format is being used for Response Generation in Siebel Marketing. The following list format is being used as a base:
/shared/Marketing/Example List Formats/8.1.1 - Analytics Data Load - Responses Example

This list formats contains the following formulas:

'@{responseType}{}'
'@{description}{}'
'@{responseValue}{}'
'@{responseCost}{}'
'@{score}{}'

Why are these formulas not in the list of System Data available for column formula?
