WHAT IS THE DESIRED BEHAVIOR?
While replying to email in communication screen through mozilla browser all emails should be sent without any error message.
WHAT IS THE ACTUAL OR UNEXPECTED BEHAVIOR?
While replying to 10-20 emails in the same session in the application, mozilla browser results in blank emails being sent.
Open the browser debugger (F12) (keep it open on the right hand side this makes it easier to spot the error below.)
1. Go to Communications screen
2. Drill down on the Subject of inbound email
3. Press the reply button
4. Select the email body template and add some text to the message body and press send
5. Press the back button
repeat this 10-20 times until the following error occurs in the browser debugger (F12):
TypeError: M is null
