Special Characters Not Allowed In Search Query (Doc ID 1984584.1)

Special characters is not allowing when we query in Account List Applet
for Example if we are trying to query "ITCO SOLUTIONS, INC." in account name we are getting below error

[1]The query could not be run because there is an invalid character in the field 'Account Name'. Please ensure that the value in the field is formatted correctly with only valid characters. Missing quotes around the search criteria or unnecessary punctuation will often cause an error.(SBL-DAT-00403)[2]Expression does not match any Siebel query language grammar rules. Unexpected token ',' found at or near location 14.(SBL-DAT-60236)
