SEVERE: Error Creating XmlContext For Oracle.ide.Context WebLogicFusionOrderDemo.jws when trying to edit the Siebel ORS connector (Doc ID 1985422.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.10 [23021] version, SFS_ORS_Integration

When attempting to use JDeveloper to connect to the MDS repository where Siebel-ORS connector is deployed and read the connector filkes
the following error occurs.

SEVERE: Error creating XmlContext for oracle.ide.Context[{Context.WORKSPACE=WebLogicFusionOrderDemo.jws, Context.NODE=ActivityStateRetrievalOrchestrator.bpel, Context.PROJECT=null, Context.SELECTION=[Loracle.ide.model.Element;@1416a20, Context.VIEW=MainWindow}]
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Error creating XmlContext for ActivityStateRetrievalOrchestrator.bpel
at oracle.bali.xml.addin.XMLSourceNode._createAndInitXmlContext(XMLSourceNode.java:1602)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install and deploy the connector successfully.
2. Attempt to install and deploy FusionOracleDemo application to the same SOA server.
This instalation fails for unspecified reasons.
3. Attempt to undeploy FusionOracleDemo application
4. Attempt to edit the Siebel-ORS connector again with JDeveloper.
