Email Body not Reflecting Correct Email in Communication List Applet

The email body on communication list is not refreshing when navigating to the next activity
- Login to the Siebel application.
- Go to Site Map > Communication list.
- Select one of the listed activities.
- Assign or change its SR number.
- Make note of the current email body of the selected record in the child applet.
- Press the arrow key to the next record.
Result: The child applet still displays the email body of the previous record.
