Email Body not Reflecting Correct Email in Communication List Applet (Doc ID 1987302.1)

Symptoms

The email body on communication list is not refreshing when navigating to the next activity

STEPS

  1. Login to the Siebel application.
  2. Go to Site Map > Communication list.
  3. Select one of the listed activities.
  4. Assign or change its SR number.
  5. Make note of the current email body of the selected record in the child applet.
  6. Press the arrow key to the next record.

Result: The child applet still displays the email body of the previous record.
