On 184.108.40.206.1 [IP2014],Service Request Attachments content cannot be modified from Service Request Attachment List Applet, on the fly. Attachement content is not saved once it is modified and saved.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Siebel Application, Open UI interface, using IE 11
2. Service Request List> Drill down on a Service Request> Attachments(view:Service Request detail view w/attachments> Service Request Attachment List Applet )
3. Open an existing attachment> Edit it >Save the changes> Close the attachment.
4. Reopen the attachment> changes are not saved.
In the Object Manager log file, the below error message is reported:
"ObjMgrSRFLog Warning 2 0000c5a954e10c38:0 2015-03-06 05:38:51 (objdef.cpp(14624)) SBL-DAT-00144: Could not find 'View' named 'Service Request detail view w%2fattachments'. This object is inactive or nonexistent."
