Search Siebel with Dedicated Client connected to Server Fails with SBL-SRH-00180

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to execute a Siebel Search operation with a dedicated client connected to Siebel Server database, the search operation fails; the following error occurs.
1. Siebel Search functionality has been configured in Siebel Server: Siebel and Oracle Secure Enterprise Search (OSES or SES) have been integrated.
2. Launch Siebel Dedicated client connecting to Siebel Server Database.
3. Open search center and execute a search operation.
4. The SBL-SRH-00180 error is returned.
