Adding A "High Importance" Or Priority Tag To An Outbound Email

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Currently the customer has a functionality requirement to send an Email Notification for users who create an SR for an Activity.
The customer would like to add a "High Importance" or "Email Priority" tag to the email notification.
