siebsess crash when navigating to any applet on Administration - Server (Doc ID 1988153.1)

Symptoms

When navigating to any applet on Administration - Server the error SBL-ADM-60070 is displayed, and following callstack is generated as the result of siebsess executable crash.

1. Go to Administration - server
2. Click on any applet, the crash is produced
