OpenUI: Mouse Pointer Remains Busy After Update/tab-out Form Currency Field (Doc ID 1988231.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11.14 [IP2013] version, Configuration - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On Siebel Financial Services 8.1.1.11.14, when user updates the currency filed using keyboard or currency pop-up control, mouse pointer remains busy.

User is not able to save the record using Applet menu option or Ctr+S. If user tries to do Ctr+S, browser opens "Save Webpage" box and asks to save the webpage. User has to refresh the browser and changes are lost which were made prior to refreshing the browser.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Mouse Pointer should not remains as busy.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto Service Request
2. Add New Service Request
3. Select Product as Wire, fill other required fields
4. Fill Transaction Amount and try to select "Status" field dropdown, cursor turns to busy cursor.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save the record using Applet menu option or Ctr+S. If user tries to do Ctr+S, browser opens "Save Webpage" box and asks to save the webpage. User has to refresh the browser and changes are lost which were made prior to refreshing the browser.
