ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Sub View Tabs are not shown as per order set in User Preferences Tab Layout

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Sub View Tabs should be shown as per order set in User Preferences Tab
Layout.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Changed the Order for Sub View Tabs as below:

Go to User Preferences - Tab Layout

Select Opportunities.

Order : 41
Name: List
Parent Category: Revenues
***********************************************
Order : 40
Name: Chart
Parent Category: Revenues
***********************************************
Order : 43
Name: Spreadsheet
Parent Category: Revenues
***********************************************
Order : 42
Name: Splits
Parent Category: Revenues
************************************************
Order : 44
Name: List
Parent Category: Revenues
***********************************************
Test in Open UI using vanilla srf:

Go to Opportunities Screen.

Drilldown an opportunity.

Then go to view tab Revenues.

Sub View Tabs : 1. List 2. Chart 3. Spreadsheet 4. Splits 5. List

Result:

Order is not changed.
