Symptoms

SIEBEL VERSION:
Siebel version : 8.1.1.11
Database version : Oracle 12.1.0.1
OS version : IBM AIX 7.1

ISSUE STATEMENT:
Customer is using vanilla service of UCM "OrganizationService", and it is throwing an error, following is returned in web service response :-
