In Siebel version 188.8.131.52.2 [IP2014].
When inbound emails are received in Siebel, they can be viewed by navigating to the Communications List View, and selecting the email.
When emails are in HTML format and contain table layouts, the tables can be seen when using the High Interactivity application, but not when viewed in Open UI.
Agents are unable to see the format intended for them by the customers.
