ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
In High Interactivity (HI) application, when the search center closes after a browser refresh. To re-open this search center, user has to click the search toolbar icon twice.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The search center should remain loaded after a browser research, or user can re-open it with a single click on the search toolbar icon.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel eCommunications running in HI mode.
2. Click on the search toolbar item.
3. Select a value from "Look In".
4. Do a browser refresh.
5. Once the browser is loaded, the search center is closed.

6. To re-open the search center, it requires two click on the search toolbar item.
