LOV Picklist Displays Randomly During First Selection

The picklist displays out of context in Open UI.
There are positional display problems when the picklist is selected the first time in Open UI.
The List of Values should display next to the respective field.
1. Go to Site Map > Sales Orders > My Orders.
2. Create a new Sales Order.
3. Click on the various picklists to see their context:
a. the Order Type displays above the Review field
b. the Status picklist displays over the field
c. the Discount field displays above the Currency field.
Result: The picklist displays outside the focus of the field.
Repeat the process. The focus is now corrected.
